Outstanding Mitel Customer Satisfaction Score Awarded for Second Consecutive Year
Mitel Networks congratulated the management and staff of Tri-City Communications, a division of Tri-City Electric Co., on their outstanding 2005 Customer Satisfaction score. Tri-City Communications' Customer Satisfaction score has placed them in the top ten percentile of all authorized Mitel Solution Providers for the second consecutive year. Mitel's third-party market research company, Pollara, conducted the customer satisfaction polling and analysis. The scoring is from the period May 1, 2004 up to and including April 30, 2005.
