George F. Palmer Scholarship Awarded
The first ever George F. Palmer Scholarship was awarded to Willi Lartz, the son of John and Bonnie Lartz, at the Tri-City Electric Co. Employee Luncheon held in May. Willi was chosen out of five applicants based on his 3.6 grade point average, his ACT score of 21 as well as his letter of recommendations and his personal essay describing how Tri-City Electric Co. and the electrical industry have impacted his family life and our community. Willi will attend Black Hawk College in the Fall of 2006. Congratulations, Willi!
