Tri-City Electric Co. is Recognized by Iowa-Illinois Safety Council
Tri-City Electric Co. of Davenport, Iowa, was presented a safety award from the Iowa-Illinois Safety Council for outstanding achievement in accident prevention during the 2007 calendar year. This award promotes active safety programs which help reduce the number of OSHA recordable injuries. The award was presented by Charles E. Adkins, Regional Administrator, Region 7, Department of Labor-OSHA, and Paulette Moulos, Executive Vice President and COO, National Safety Council, during the Council’s 55th Professional Development Conference and Expo.
Iowa-Illinois Safety Council is a Chapter of the National Safety Council and is a nonprofit membership organization dedicated to protecting life and promoting health. The mission of the Council is to educate society to adopt safety, health, and environmental practices, and to provide high quality, value-added training and services.
Tri-City Electric Co. was founded in 1895 as an electrical contractor and supplier.
