Project Billing Specialist – Davenport, Iowa
Tri-City Electric Co. is currently seeking a Project Billing Specialist for an immediate opening in Davenport, IA. The Project Billing Specialist will be responsible for billing, posting, and managing account invoices on all work in progress and completed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform all billing of assigned Project Manager(s) (contract bids, quoted work, time & material, etc)
- Review all invoices, pay applications and all required attachments with the Project Manager before they are sent out
- Collect required lien waivers to submit with billings
- Compile various spreadsheets for Division Manager/Project Manager
- Perform any additional duties as directed by Division Manager/Project Manager
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or GED), 2 years of project billing experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience on a construction project is preferred but not required.
Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, tact and consideration, focus on accuracy, solid communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, self-motivation, and be organized.
