Project Billing Specialist – Des Moines, Iowa
Tri-City Electric Co. is currently seeking a Project Billing Specialist for an immediate opening in Des Moines, IA. The Project Billing Specialist will be responsible for billing, posting, and managing account invoices on all work in progress and completed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pull permits as directed by Project Managers and Division Manager
- Review all invoices with the Project Manager before they are sent out
- Compile various spreadsheets for Division Manager
- Assign job numbers in mobile field manager
- Perform any additional duties as directed by Division Manager
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or GED), 2 years of project billing experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience on a construction project is preferred but not required.
Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, tact and consideration, focus on accuracy, solid communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, self-motivation, and be organized.
