The bank can now provide seamless services across all locations, with the ability to dial and transfer from station to station between sites.  The ability to view and manage voice messages from their existing email in-box allows for quicker response to client issues, and "hot desking" enables mobile workers to be reached at a single phone number, regardless of which branch they are working in on any given day.
