Tri-City Electric Co. receives Hazard Control Recognition Award
Tri-City Electric Co. of Davenport, Iowa, was awarded a Hazard Control Recognition Award from the Iowa-Illinois Safety Council during their 64th Annual Professional Development Conference and Expo held in Dubuque, Iowa. Tri-City Electric Co. was one of 100 entries from industries and government agencies in Illinois and Iowa. Applicants submitted hazard control projects and programs designed to improve the safety culture of their organizations. Organizations who met the specified criteria were presented with the Hazard Control Recognition Award. The Iowa-Illinois Safety Council is a Chapter of the National Safety Council, a nonprofit membership organization dedicated to protecting life and promoting health. The mission of the Council is to persuade society to embrace effective safety, health and environmental practices in the workplace, on the roadways, and in our homes and communities.
