Tri-City Electric Co. is Recognized for Safety
Davenport, IA – The Illowa Construction Labor and Management Council honored Tri-City Electric Co. and other construction companies with exceptional safety records at its annual safety awards ceremony held at the Milan Camden Community Center in Milan on June 8, 2016.
Illowa’s safety award ceremony is held in June to correspond with National Safety Month. Throughout the month of June, the National Safety Council will observe National Safety Month and help bring awareness and attention to the most significant reasons for accidental injuries and deaths in the workplace, on the road and in homes.
“National Safety Month is the perfect opportunity for the Illowa Construction Labor and Management Council to honor construction companies with exceptional safety records and raise awareness of the contributions of safety, health and environmental professionals in reducing workplace injuries and illnesses by encouraging new safety and health activities at all companies,” said Illowa Executive Director Jerry Lack.
