Electrical Helpers/Unindentured Apprentices – Ames, IA
Tri-City Electric Co. is currently seeking Electrical Helpers working as “Unindentured Apprentices/Construction Wireman (man or woman)” for immediate openings in Ames, IA.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- performing material handling on the jobsite
- installing and bending conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders
- performing wire and cable pulls
Qualified candidates must have the ability to pay close attention to detail, follow direction, comply with company, customer, and OSHA requirements, and be dependable and trustworthy. Previous experience in the construction or electrical industry is preferred but not required.
Wages starting at $14.80/hr., additional compensation based on experience. Health and retirement benefits are also provided above and beyond the hourly wage.
