“People matter” is a core value for our team. The health, safety and well-being of our customers, employees, their families and our community has always been a top priority. For this reason, our team is compelled to do whatever we can to support the fight against COVID-19.
Tri-City Electric Co. has been asked to form a coalition to help keep those fighting the crisis on the front line safe, including our local hospitals, community healthcare facilities, EMTs and healthcare providers in our area.
We urge our business and industry partners, vendors, construction trades and even our competition to help today! Partner with us and help make a difference by providing and delivering critical care supplies including personal protective equipment (PPE) that are in immediate need. In addition, we are delivering much-needed meals to our healthcare providers that are on the front line battling this virus and keeping our families and communities safe.
Urgent critical supplies needed immediately:
- Gloves (all sizes). Medical grade preferred but if not available, powder-free, latex-free and neutral exam gloves.
- Lightweight protective suits or gowns
- Over-the-shoe booties
- Ventilators and/or N95 Respirators
- Fluid resistant disposable gowns and/or suits (all sizes)
In addition to contributing meals and PPE supplies, our fleet of trucks, vans and drivers will be picking up and delivering these much-needed supplies and meals. Our team will continue to comply with all CDC guidelines pertaining to COVID-19 during this initiative, including social distancing, sanitizing surfaces and equipment and frequent handwashing, ensuring safety for all.
