Ascentra Credit Union moved its corporate headquarters to a new 44,000 SF, 4 story facility to create a collaborative working environment for their Financial Institution. The facility includes an open office floor plan with separate offices, conference rooms, a large community room and a branch on the 1st floor, along with three drive-up lanes. The interior design consists of both emergency and normal power systems. An addressable fire alarm system, along with LED lighting and Acuity lighting controls were installed throughout. The MDF room is equipped with UPS as well as a generator backup for the IT systems. Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owners and the construction team to provide a project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan.
