The Summit of Bettendorf is a new 299,963 sq.ft. Senior Living facility and part of the WellSpire Communities. Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owners, local and state officials, along with the construction team to plan phasing to allow early occupancy for the single story areas while continuing to work on the multi-story phases. The design of the facility included a large footprint in mind with wide hallways and rooms to give that “at home” feeling for the residents. The facility offers second-to-none amenities and has a focus on health and well-being. The facility features a 13+ floor plans, Multiple Dining Venues, Rooftop Bar, State-of-the-Art Virtual Golf, beautiful winding walking paths and engaging outdoor spaces along with a Fitness pavilion with a full-time wellness team.
