In 1913, the Davidson Building was completed and The Warrior Hotel followed in 1930. Today, these two historic Sioux City landmarks feature 22 luxurious and refined-living apartments above Class A commercial space, in additional to a boutique hotel. The newly renovated 222,650 sq.ft facility consists of all the high-end finishes and amenities of a luxury boutique hotel while enjoying the views from the 5th and 6th floor of the Davidson Building. The Tri-City Electric Co. team worked closely with the owners and the other trades to provide the perfect atmosphere to accommodate all their needs. The renovated space offers a rooftop bar with indoor and outdoor seating, a high tech fitness center, pool & spa, bowling alley, along with large and small conference rooms for private business meetings with advanced audio/visual technology. The luxurious ballroom is the perfect setting for wedding receptions and conferences that also offers a large outdoor balcony.
