Fleet Farm, a Wisconsin-based big box retailer built a new 187,834-square-foot retail building with an outdoor storage area and seasonal garden center, the site also includes a 7,159-square-foot convenience store with car wash and eight gasoline pumps. The construction of the facility included Electrical Switchgear, Generator, LED motion-controlled lighting, Building Automation System, Security Cameras and a Fire Alarm System throughout. Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owner’s representatives and provided a project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan.
