The Monarch Kitchen + Bar is overflowing with charm and energy. The 4,600 sq.ft. restaurant consists of dining spaces, a bar, kitchen, restrooms and a private dining room. The food and drinks served are all crafted with quality in mind and Chef Matt focuses on sourcing the best products possible locally and from around the world. Our team worked closely with the owner’s representative to provide a schedule defining the design, procurement and construction of the project, along with the a detailed execution plan for the LED Lighting, Lighting Controls and Fire Alarm System.
