Rivermont Collegiate – STEAM Center
Rivermont Collegiate completed a 30,000 sq. ft. STEAM Center for science, technology, engineering, art and math addition to their existing facility. The addition also included new classrooms, science and robotics labs, 2D art rooms, student dorms, and faculty apartments. The multi-million dollar building provides students access to the newest learning tools that allow the students to build and create. The interior design consists of both emergency and normal power systems. An addressable fire alarm system, along with LED lighting and acuity lighting controls were installed throughout. Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owners and the construction team to provide a project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan.
