A renovation of an existing 10,237 sq. ft. facility in Toledo, OH consisted of a new electrical service and distribution, generator and transfer switch, general use lighting and controls. We provided the installation and wiring for the Owner furnished grow lighting, controls, and devices. Also provided necessary wiring to all the HVAC/Mechanical equipment, fertigation equipment, kitchen, and labs. Our team provided and installed the Fire Alarm systems, security rough-ins and low voltage cabling rough-ins for owner supplied security and tele/data systems. Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owners and the construction team to provide a project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan.
