7G Distributing LLC, a family-owned distributor of Anheuser Busch products, built a $10 million, 110,000-square-foot facility near Hillandale Road and Research Parkway located in Davenport, IA. 7G was formed in 2010 after the merger of Cedar Rapid’s Dale Lee Distributing and Dubuque’s Kirchoff Distributing. They currently distribute Anheuser Busch products, national craft and local Iowa beer throughout Eastern Iowa. The 7G Distributing facility has a 250-kilowatt solar array atop of its roof, along with a building management-automation system for the HVAC which includes large industrial ceiling fans in the warehouse areas. The facility also has a large drive-in cooler area with high speed automatic doors for the fork trucks to operate and maneuver around as well as interior LED lighting, exterior up and accent lighting.
