IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union moved its corporate headquarters to a new 90,000 SF, 4 story facility on the banks of the Mississippi River. The facility has created a collaborative working environment for their Financial Institution. The facility includes on the 1st-floor reception/main lobby, a large community/lunchroom, training rooms, and a Member Meeting Zone.
The 2nd and 3rd floors consist of atriums, elevator lobbies, large conference rooms, and Oasis Collaboration areas. The 4th floor also has an atrium, a bar and balcony, executive offices and a Board room looking over the river. The interior design consists of both emergency and normal power systems. An addressable fire alarm system, along with LED lighting and Acuity lighting controls were installed throughout.
The MDF room is equipped with UPS as well as a generator backup for the IT systems. Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owners and the construction team to provide a project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan.
