RiverStone Group, Inc. moved its corporate headquarters to a new 30,000 SF, mixed-use office space with an L-shaped floor plan along with a warehouse and storage area adjacent to the building. Their facility includes open and traditional office space along with, conference rooms, quiet areas, and a breakroom. An addressable fire alarm system, along with LED lighting and Acuity lighting controls were installed throughout. The MDF room is equipped with UPS as well as a generator backup for the IT systems. Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owners and the construction team to provide a project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan.
