A 100-year old tractor manufacturing facility was transformed into a 21st century food processing plant, incorporating some of the newest technology available within its 220,000 sq ft of remodeled space and a pre-engineered steel building addition.

Hill and Valley Premium Bakery had outgrown its facility and needed more space. The new bakery includes a large finished goods freezer, loading and receiving docks, larger vessels for storing liquid ingredients and rack storage for dry goods. Highly specialized construction practices were incorporated including interior insulated metal panel walls that are washable for proper sanitation to meet the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards and certifications.
