The Revive at The Group Med Spa features programmable LED lighting throughout the new facility consisting of a lobby, waiting area, a multipurpose room, and offices in addition to injection, aesthetic, laser, massage, private holding, consult rooms, break room and restrooms. Services include state-of-the-art laser treatments, top-of-the-line aesthetic treatments, skin products, and tattoo removal. The building square footage is approximately 15,400 sq. ft., with 6,800 sq. ft. being dedicated to the Med Spa. The remaining 8,600 sq. ft. will be available for retail leasing.
Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owner’s representatives and provided a project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan.
