Davenport Community School District — Athletic Facilities Upgrades – Davenport North High School | Davenport West High School | Roger Craig Stadium, formerly known as Brady Street Stadium
When the Davenport Community School District set out to modernize the electrical and technology infrastructure across its premier athletic venues, Tri-City delivered a comprehensive, coordinated solution — on time, on scope, and built to last.
Tri-City performed full electrical upgrades at Davenport North, Davenport West, and Roger Craig Stadium, serving baseball, softball, and football venues throughout the district. New service and distribution equipment was installed to meet current demands and position each facility for future growth, with panelboards, branch circuit wiring, receptacles, GFCI protection, and dedicated lighting serving the newly constructed concession stand areas at each site.
Lighting was a centerpiece of the project. Tri-City Electric led the installation and coordination of Musco Lighting systems across all three venues — managing light pole grounding, conductor installation, fixture and control wiring, and integration with Musco’s control platforms. The result is professional-grade athletic lighting that delivers consistent, high-quality illumination for student-athletes, officials, and spectators alike.
Tri-City Technologies handled the security and network infrastructure, bringing each facility up to modern connectivity and surveillance standards. Hanwha IP security cameras were deployed across concession areas and surrounding grounds, providing reliable, high-definition coverage that supports long-term security operations at these high-traffic venues. Structured cabling was installed throughout each facility to support wired network connections, wireless access points, and dedicated infrastructure for Hudl camera systems — giving coaches and athletic staff the reliable connectivity they need for game-day filming and post-game review. Every cable run was routed, tested, and certified to ensure consistent performance across all connected devices.
From the first conduit to the final certification, Tri-City brought the full depth of its electrical and technology capabilities to bear on this project — delivering safer, better-connected, and more functional athletic environments that will serve Davenport students, staff, spectators and the broader community for years to come.
