Tri-City Electric Co. worked with the same successful team and contractors used on the first two HealthPlex projects, which streamlined communication and minimized potential changes, adding value for this repeat owner. The Healthplex is a two-story, 43,000 sq. ft. facility that offers convenient care, a radiology room, laboratory and a physical therapy gym on the first floor. Scattered pods throughout the second floor allow the Genesis team-based care professionals to coordinate patient care.
