Bellevue Elementary School is a new two-story facility serving third- through fifth-grade students in the Bellevue Community School District. Located adjacent to the district’s middle and high school campus, the school was funded through a voter-approved bond and delivers a bright, modern learning environment built for today’s classrooms. Abundant natural light, flexible classroom spaces, and thoughtfully planned common areas come together to create a welcoming atmosphere that will serve students and staff for years to come.
Tri-City provided electrical construction, structured cabling, security solutions, and audio/visual integration for the project. From underground rough-in through final commissioning, our team worked closely with the owner and construction partners to deliver fully integrated building systems — ready to support learning from day one.
Audio/Visual Systems
Tri-City Technologies designed and installed A/V systems throughout the new facility, including classrooms, collaborative spaces, the library, the music room, the gymnasium, and the school’s campus-wide communications system. We installed owner-furnished interactive displays and mounting systems throughout instructional spaces to create engaging learning environments for students and educators.
In the gymnasium, we installed a complete audio and control system — a digital signal processor, control system, wireless microphones, amplifier, and twelve-speaker sound system, all housed in a dedicated A/V rack. Our team handled all system cabling, programming, commissioning, and staff training so the space was ready for assemblies, athletic events, and everyday school activities from opening day.
We also installed a campus-wide intercom system that gives the school dependable, building-wide communication. This included the intercom processor, paging equipment, call switches, amplifiers, speakers, and supporting infrastructure, followed by full system commissioning and owner training.
Security Solutions
Tri-City Technologies implemented a comprehensive RS2 access control system to help keep the learning environment safe and secure. The system integrates with automatic door operators and Camden CX-33 timing relays to deliver secure, code-compliant operation throughout the facility. We installed access-controlled openings, giving school administrators reliable access management while keeping day-to-day access simple for staff and visitors.
Structured Cabling & Electrical Construction
Every technology system in the building relies on a strong foundation. Tri-City’s low-voltage cabling and electrical construction teams installed the facility’s power distribution and communications infrastructure — the backbone that powers classroom technology, security systems, audio/visual equipment, and the building’s day-to-day operations.
Working closely with the owner, architect, and construction team, Tri-City coordinated the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of each system, delivering a modern educational facility built to serve the Bellevue Community School District for decades to come.
