Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company built a new 100,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building to house their new distribution center. The facility included Switchgear, LED motion-controlled lighting and Fire Alarm System throughout. There are twenty-nine (29) docks with hydraulic levelers for around-the-clock distribution, along with 6,000 sq. ft. of office space that consists of a large conference room and personal workspaces. Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owner’s representatives and provided a project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan.
