The Tri-City Fire Protection (TCFP) team demoed the existing sprinkler system and fire pump at Modern Woodmen Park. The team then installed two (2) Wet Pipe Sprinkler Systems – one serving 1st floor and the other serving the 3rd floor along with one (1) Dry Pipe Sprinkler System to protect the second floor and outdoor seating area and installed a new Fire Pump, equipment and controller, which our Tri-City Electric team wired up. Our team worked closely with the General Contractor, City of Davenport, and the ownership of the River Bandits to accommodate a very tight schedule, defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan with all work to completed by the opening day of the minor league season.
