The Bridges Lofts is a 132-unit apartment and condo complex with a view of the Mississippi River. The complex ranges from roughly 450-square foot studios to more than 1,100-square foot two-bedroom apartments. The five-story apartment complex stands where the former Twin Bridges Motor Inn was for years and was demolished. The lofts include a top-floor community room, with an outdoor deck and fire pit, a gym and a parking garage, plus a lower level community room overlooking an outdoor pool, hot tub and patio. The building will also occupy restaurants and retail stores in the future. The interior design consists of both emergency and normal power systems. An addressable fire alarm system, along with LED lighting were installed throughout. Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owners and the construction team to provide a project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan.
